Adam Lacock joined the Solid Ground Board of Directors in May 2025 and currently serves on the Finance Committee.  Adam has a blend of corporate and non-profit experience, with leadership roles at Target Corporation and Twin Cities Public Television.  He is currently the CFO for the University of Minnesota Law School.

Prior to joining Solid Ground, Adam served seven years as Board Director, including the role of Board Chair, for Cornerstone Advocacy Service in Bloomington, a domestic violence prevention organization.

Adam earned a BA in Economics from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Drake University.  Adam and his wife, Jessica, have lived in Minnesota since 2005 and currently live in Rogers.
