  • On-time subsidy payments:<\/strong> Families receive monthly rent subsidies paid directly to the housing provider.<\/li>\n
  • Support for housing providers:<\/strong> We act as a liaison between housing providers and tenants.<\/li>\n
  • Support for tenants:<\/strong> Families receive support from Solid Ground staff with regular contacts.<\/li>\n

    Support for Families<\/h2>\n

    The goal of our program is to increase access to housing for families who face barriers in moving from homelessness to stable housing. We provide services to families to obtain and maintain stable housing.<\/p>\n

      When Families exit our Programs<\/h2>\n

      Typically, families renew their lease and continue being responsible tenants beyond the completion of their initial lease period.<\/p>\n

      • We\u2019ve been providing community-based supportive housing for 30+ years across Ramsey & Washington Counties.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Each year we provide more than $440,000 in rent subsidies.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • We\u2019ve worked with 200+ housing providers, large & small.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
