Kristi Albers joins the Solid Ground board as a new member in 2026. She is a Doctor of Audiology with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, having worked across a wide range of audiology settings throughout her career.

Kristi currently practices as a clinical Audiologist with HealthPartners Stillwater. Kristi brings to the board a strong sense of empathy, compassion and person-centered perspective shaped by decades of clinical experience working with individuals with hearing loss. She hopes her evidence-based decision-making and problem-solving skills can help support the mission of Solid Ground.

Kristi has long been committed to giving back to her community. She has been actively involved with numerous local nonprofit organizations in Mahtomedi, as well as audiology professional organizations, including serving as a board member and Past President of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology.
